01

The context

Dream Vacation operates in Tenerife, where it competes with thousands of generic listings that reduce holiday rental to a transaction. The challenge wasn't to bring tourists to the island —they already come— but to justify the premium value of its properties against a mass catalogue where everything looks the same. The brand didn't differentiate, didn't build desire and didn't anchor the experience to the territory.

02

The concept

The brand is built as a narrative, not advertising. Tenerife —its nature, its culture, its light— stops being a backdrop and becomes the system's protagonist. The promise isn't to rent a house: it's to step into an experience already curated by someone who knows the island.

03

The solution

An editorial system drawing references from Canarian landscape and culture —volcanoes, ocean, native vegetation— translated into palette, shapes and typography. Each piece works like a page from an intimate guide, not a promotional asset.

04

Application

The system covers digital presence (web, social, listings), guest documentation (welcome guides, keys, door hangers, soaps, welcome messages) and internal stationery. A single voice accompanies the traveller before, during and after the trip.
